Abuse & Acceptable Use
How SOLProxy handles illegal use of its network, and how to report it.
⛔ Zero tolerance for illegal use
SOLProxy does not accept, permit or tolerate the use of its network for any illegal activity, in any form, under any circumstances. There are no exceptions for any customer, plan or payment amount.
Any account found using our network for unlawful purposes is suspended immediately and permanently, without prior notice and without refund, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
Prohibited use
Including, but not limited to:
- Fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation of people or organisations
- Account takeover, credential stuffing, brute-forcing logins, or any unauthorised access to systems or accounts
- Payment or card fraud (carding), money laundering, or evading sanctions
- Distributing malware, operating botnets or command-and-control infrastructure
- Spam, DDoS or any attack that disrupts a service
- Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits minors
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or doxxing
- Infringing copyright or other intellectual property rights
- Any other activity that is illegal in the customer's country, in the target's country, or in the United States
What we do
- Every report is reviewed. Where abuse is confirmed, the account is suspended immediately and permanently, and its remaining balance is forfeited.
- We keep connection records (account, time, destination host, IP addresses used) and hand them to authorities in response to a valid legal request.
- The account holder is fully and solely responsible for all traffic sent with their credentials.
- Domains used for phishing and malware are blocked network-wide — see the Blacklist.
